Swiggy appointment of three independent directors

Swiggy, the food delivery company, has announced the appointment of three independent directors to its board.

The individuals appointed to the board include Mallika Srinivasan, Chairman and Managing Director of TAFE, Shailesh Haribhakti, Chairman of Shailesh Haribhakti and Associates, and Sahil Barua, Managing Director and CEO at Delhivery.

The development comes as the company prepares for an IPO.
